My vw polo 1.9tdi sport, engine management light turned on for about 3 weeks now. Diagnostic is glow plug faul?

Should I have the all the glow plugs replaced? Absolutely no problem with running the car. Just wondering if I have to spend £80 for this? Thank you so much!
