How to hide upper lip hair in a picture?

I took a picture a while ago and didn't notice until recently you can sort of tell I have a little bit of upper lip hair. It is there, and I would suppose you have to more look for it than anything, but any idea how I can get rid of it? I have Paint and Paint Shop Pro X3.
