99 honda accord speaker upgrade questions.?

my front driver speaker went out and i'd like to replace both up front with something "good". I enjoy my music but have no desire for intensely loud speakers. i'll take quality over volume any day. so my question is. what are the specifications of a factory 99 honda accord speaker? i read something about high sensitive speakers and low sensitive speakers and im wondering what my car came with. but the bare minimum is that i need to know whats on my car and what kind of stats the speaker has. i can do the rest of the foot work from there.
