Suggested users on twitter? The who to follow box? HELP!?

Okay so basically, I don't want anyone from school finding out my twitter. However, even though I don't follow them, I sometimes use twitter to look at people from my schools twitter profiles but without actually following them just like kind of stalking them haha. I do this with the person I like and I'm very careful not to fave or retweet or follow by mistake. However, recently in the suggested users boxes, profiles of people from my school keep appearing! I'm really worried that I also appear in their who to follow boxes. So the question is, I 100% don't follow people from my school on twitter but they keep appearing in suggestions, so because they appear in MY who to follow box, do I appear in THEIRS too? I don't want to!!
