I know that babies are all different developmentally, but can a 2 month old be able to hold their own bottle?

I know that babies are all different developmentally, but can a 2 month old really be able to hold their own bottle when feeding? Are they able to sit on their own too? My sister-in-law's friend was telling her that her 2 month old baby can do those things. My SIL is now worried because my niece can't do those yet; and she's 5 months old now. I told her not to worry but we all know how worried mums can get. :) Thanks to those who will take the time to answer my question.
