At a rate of 6 people per day, how long will it take the Obama Administration to sign up 50 Million?

At a rate of 6 people per day.......how long will it take the Obama Administration to sign up 50 Million People for Obamacare ? If the Obamacare Website is " fixed " and the " improved " website is now capable of signing up 8 people per day.......will Obama brag that the new improved website has increased it's capacity to sign people up for Obamacare by 33 1/3 % more ?
