i am an american citizen and i want to move to ireland permantley, what do i do?

i am currently on the verge of graduating high school and i am an early grad. i am 18 years old. i want to move to ireland, as a kid i went for a visit and stayed for a few weeks and i fell in love with the people and the scenery.i've done research on the culture of ireland since my freshman year. i kept falling deeper and deeper in love with ireland. i want to know what i need to do to live there. i stayed in europe for almost 4 years when my mother was in the air force, i know that doesnt really help. but i do have experience of Europe. if you could help that would be greatly appreciated!:)
