Should I dye my hair blue? More information in description!?

Okay, so I've been thinking of dyeing my hair blue but I'm not sure if I should. You guys probably want to know what I look like, so here's a basic description: I have blue-y grey eyes,Light/Dirty blonde hair I'm above average height and quite pale (Although I have freckles). So,what do you think?
