How to know if I'm bi polar?

i am so weird and my mood keeps changing quickly. one minute i'm happy then i will be depressed and i also have anger issues. then another thing, i become shy, and and then have overconfidence. i will cause the mess i can then try to fix it later. i don't know. tell me how to know if I'm bi polar?
