Question #11750026

New to MacBook Air..?

Hi, I just bought a new MacBook Air and it's been great so far the only thing that really bugs me though is the fact that I always have about 10 programs open and when i want to quit them all at once, how do I do it? So far I've only found cmd+shift+3 but thats quit all programs + log out and also one for quit all programs + shut down. But is there any actual shortcut to quit all programs and stay logged in? I tried looking and no luck so far so thanks
