Will toner take the orange/brown out of my bleached hair ?

I have bleached it twice (once yesterday and once today ) .I got wella T10 pale blonde and i was wondering if this will remove the brown/orange/yellowish colors in my hair ? (some parts are pretty brown so will it fix this ? Also if you know step by step instructions on toning hair i would appreciate it so much! -Thanks katie
