Hi, will jogging 30 minutes a day everyday help me lose weight ?
I'm 250 pounds now, and I'm not getting any younger I'm already 24 years old ! My problem is at home my mothers the cook and well were all over weight, so I doubt that I can eat right, understand? I've already cut out some snacks and mostly drink water all day. I eat my moms food because honestly I've never ever been skinny or been in a diet so it really don't know how to go on one. I'm Spanish so my I eat a lot of Spanish unhealthy food like rice and all kinds of red meat. Can I lost weight by jogging it out ? My goal is to reach 190.
