Confused, if I did worn or not?

well two weeks ago a got a flat tire on the expressway,so I called my bf but he didn't answered,(he knew I needed two new tires)the stranger that help me with the flat advised on getting new tires .So finally my boyfriend called like 45 minutes after and he just said he wanted to make sure I was fine,I was very upset and made the call very short and simple he didn't even asked if I was going to get the new tires or if I needed help. But I had already called my ex (I'm friends with my ex(we broke 5 yrs ago but were together for 7 and we were friends before basically I've known him for over 12 yrs)for help(which didn't tell my bf) so my ex deposited some money in my bank acc. to get new tires but the problem is I didn't tell my bf about it ,my bf noticed the new tires and asked "oh u got new tires"I felt it was messed up from his part, my bf found out that my ex helped me n now he thinks I've been cheating on him w/my ex which won't happen he has his family already n I love my bf
