What did he mean by this, should I feel insulted or not?

This guy I like.. He said this "Sarah, I love you. I wanted to tell you when I was with you but I got scared :(. It is just.. This is so amazing !!!! I forget to remind myself that you are amazing and that I love you <3 :) !! I want to be with you always!! <3. Everyday is just like... Pinch me woaaaah !" I don't know why, he makes it sound like there is nothing wrong wth what he said.. in fact, that it is really wonderful what he said .. but I am feeling slightly insulted by the fact he said he forgets to 'remind himself' ?? Am I reading this wrong or interpreting it wrongly ??
