what is wrong with my throat??

Hi there I want to no what is wrong with my throat..I had a chest infection and head cold over 4 weeks ago now but I still have the odd cough and rubbish..but my throat feels strange like when I swallow I feel like on my right side I feel like either a dry patch (that doesnt go) or a razor kind of feeling..its hard to describe ..im getting worried about it as I am a worrier anyway I google everthing but I cant seem to find what it could be its not painful but I know its there when I swallow also when im having a conversation I stop half way through words as it feels like my throat closes for a second ...can anyone help or has anyone else experienced this??
