19 years old. How to get antidepressants without my parents knowing on their inurance?

I'm 19 years old and in college. I have been severely depressed for about 8 months. I am on my parents insurance still. I go to college out of state and I don't want my parents to know I am not doing well. Is there any way to get antidepressants using their insurance without them finding out?
