2000 G.M Truck -SUV, One high beam headlight Not Working,.. NO Power to Bulb?

Right side High Beam has No power to Bulb,, BULB IS GOOD,. NO Power to right side High beam only,.. Tested for power at harness and back as far as I could,, Might I have a bad Dash switch. or Relay?
