My ear does this... thing?

It is only in my right ear. Have you ever called someone on a windy day and they pick up their phone and when they answer they're outside? That annoying wind noise is what I hear in my right ear sometimes. It might be an infection I don't know. It happens if I look one way, and if I put my ear the other way I don't hear it at all. Is there any way to fix this? It isn't the airflow of a room. Could it be hearing damage? I have a 540 watt sound system in my room that I play at like half volume usually. My friend has a 1000 watt system that he plays full blast when were at his house so I think it might be hearing damage but im not sure because its just my right ear.
