When I try to open the iTunes store it says"Accessing iTunes Store..." and never opens it?

I am not the admin on my pc, so I cannot run as admin, re-install, etc. The iTunes library works perfectly, but for some reason I cannot connect to the store. All of the other users on my home pc are able to connect on their usernames, but I cannot connect on mine. I am connected to the internet and my connection is fast and secure. Any suggestions?
