thick, fizzy hair, help please :)?

i have blonde hair, when its wet and dries naturally it goes wavy but as soon as i brush my hair it looks dry (i do condition) and really fluffy, it takes forever to straighten because its so thick, is there any nice hairstyles that can be created from fluffy thick hair?
