Which City is Better for a Traditional Swiss Experience? Zurich, Geneva or Lucerne?

I am looking to experience what is traditional know as the Swiss cultural treats one can't miss. I have heard of the Swiss cheese, chocolates, clocks, watches, army knives, and mountainous views (like in Heidi). Which of these three cities has the best combination of all of these factors? What are some other Swiss experiences one shouldn't miss? Thanks!
