				If I eat few calories will I lose weight? And I don't want to lose lean muscle though?
If I eat 1200 cals a day and exercise 5 times a week, will I lose weight? But the problem is I don't want to lose muscle, I want to gain lean muscle in legs and abs, so is that still possible eating that little calories
