What should i do? and with whom should i be with?

i was in a relationship with a girl we broke two years ago. and then now after two years i met one more girl she was so close to me she used to share everything with me and she used to talk to me daily. but now she stopped everything she is rarely talking to me or replying me.. she will only talk to me if i start the conversation and i heard that she was waiting for me to propose her i did propose her many times indirectly even she reacted in yes way but i dont know what happened to her now :( meanwhile now my ex started to talk to me again and we are close again we talk almost for 3 hours a day and i dont understand who is the right one for me
