what are some quality, over ear, cheap headphones?

I've been on the search for some good headphones for near the past month now and haven't found anything in my price range or of good quality. If anyone has any good headphones that meet these recommendations I would love to hear them, over the ear noise cancelling (optional) under $200 comfortable clear music available in New zealand (most stuff are, Im meaning giving me links to things on amazon etc) thank you
