Can you get in trouble for prank email.?

Curious, If you sent a single prank email, not to anybody but that person, no threats, just a funny picture of them that said nipples (I was told there is no crime from this, just immaturity) annonymously can you get a warrant for arrest? Never got a response? 11 months ago. I read you can get a warrant for arrest for unpaid traffic violations:0 So just checking.
