Which is better: ATT or Time Warner Cable? - Los Angeles?
I'm thinking of getting internet, But i'm hearing so many horror stories both from AT&T and Time warner cable. AT&T is offering up to 6mbps download speed while at basically the same price (around $35 a month) Time warner cable is offering up to 15mpbs From personal or friends experience which company do you think I should go with? Which company offers a reliable service and speed and one that gets you your moneys worth and not a bait and switch kind of thing
