A small piece of paper fell in my graphics card or motherboard, should I be worried?

I was building my computer and a small piece of paper fell in my graphics card or motherboard (I can't find it). Should I be worried? Also, I am wondering about the order of disks/drivers to download/install first. I have Windows 8.1, graphics card driver, motherboard driver, cd burner driver, and wifi driver. In what order to I install the drivers?
