my boyfriend is being an *** to me. what should I do?

So, I've been getting into a lot of arguments with my boyfriend lately. We are currently in 12th grade, though we have been dating since 6th grade. We have never had these problems before. We always get along so well and we are always happy. This past month has been all arguments between us. He's been making me so miserable. We had Mid-Terms before Winter break and he is all I thought of. Now he is blocking me on facebook, kik, twitter. He always sends my calls to voice mail, he ignores my text messages. He wont even come and see me or let me see him. When we were at school he would ignore me in the halls and act like I didn't exist. He hasn't broken up with me yet. Do you think he might? What should I do? I love him to death, I'd do anything to be with him, I couldn't imagine what my life would be like without him. I'm scared that he might end our relationship. What should I do?
