intel drivers for system..?

I have two computers ..one is the work horse ..the other needs the system drivers..i can burn to cd the drivers and install on the pc..that do not have the system drivers..but i can find a download with out going to intel..is there a free utilities program that i can burn and install on the broken pc..that can update the missing drivers and install them or a direct download i can burn and install on cd..?? thanks...the pc is a intel and model ..D946GZIS..it needs the pci ...ethernet ...audio vga..drivers..can u help.....thanks again for all ur help
