Diet Plan for a 15 Year old?
i'm a 15 year old boy who weighs 170 pounds, and no it is not muscle, its fat. I have full access to a punchbag and 9kg weights. Could someone please tell me a good diet plan for what i shall eat and when i should exercise, as i want to lose as much fat as possible and turn it into a bit of muscle, but not heavy muscle.
