i want to get laser eye surgery but...?

is my prescription too small to get it done for lasik or prk its -1.75 for both eyes i think. im only 20 years i want to get it done at least 21 years old but my other problem im trying to find a really good eye surgeon and have enough to pay the whole procedures and checkup.
