HDMI cable for Macbook 13 inch white 2008?

Hey! I have the Macbook 13 inch white- older version and was wondering what cable do I need in order to be able to connect it to my TV? It is a sony TV and i got it about two years ago it is a flat screen but it is not one of the newest ones either. Thank you in advance! :)
