Would you let your 13 year old go over her boyfriend house?

Well I want to go over my boyfried house. His mom and brother are both going to be there and we ain't going to do anything. But I'm scared to ask my mom cause she might make a big deal out of it. So would you let your daughter go over her boyfriend house ? Ps I'm 13 and my boyfriend is 15 and we can't do anything I'm on my period.
