What is there to see/do in Hoboken, New Jersey?

My cousin, sister, and I are going to NYC for NYE, and we are heading over to New Jersey for part of a day. We plan to see the Cake Boss Bakery (which is called Carlos, right?), but what else is there to see/do? If you are from there, or have visited there, please let me know! Thanks.
