Teenager, worried about having HIV?

Hey, I'm 15 years old. I have this girlfriend, and basically.. she had this cut on her lip, we still made out, whatever. At one point, maybe Friday? She bit my lip, which gave MY LIP a cut. I wasn't thinking, and we continued. My cut sealed up, which I didn't really pay attention to, but it's close to fully recovered, while I noticed today, she still had hers. Or it's a soar, it's red, and I didn't really question it, or care, despite her getting annoyed at it. It wasn't that big. I don't know a lot ahout HIV/Aids, I suppose just the basic idea.. blood, cuts on lips, etc.. I looked up symptoms, worried, and noticed signs of a cold, (strep throat) My throat feels heavy. (Night sweats) I was just about to go to bed, and I got pretty hot in a matter of moments.. but I was really panicking about this stuff. The thing is, we've been out in the cold all week hanging out, which I guess could explain the strep throat? But I don't know, I'd just love some information. Pardon my ignorance.
