Dry, irritated skin on face?

For the past week I've developed very sensitive, dry, peeling areas on my face. Worse areas are on my chin, and the sides of my face, but also my eyelids sting at night. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can't even put water on my face. The corners of my mouth are also dry and cracked, and very painful. Are there any home remedies or products you would recommend to sooth and get rid of the dry flaky skin and breakouts? Thanks c:
