My Package Was Delayed.?

My package is supposed to by delivered tomorrow but today UPS said my package was delayed because of "extreme weather conditions or an unforeseen natural event." But my package is in my city! There isn't any "unforeseen natural event" or anything! I've been waiting for my package for over a week. I live in Phoenix, Arizona where barely any weather conditions go bad. If it were to have bad conditions I would know.
