My 2 month old baby cries all the time?

Since coming home from the hospital my baby cries all the time. He will only sleep in my arms. He only stops crying when I walk him. So exhausting. He cries when being bathed. He wouldn't breast feed well so my milk dried up. We have tried many different formulas. He is now on soy formula. I don't know what to do I've tried colic water. The doctor put him on medicine but it doesn't help
