Club feet ballet??????

I have a few questions.. 1) is there any ballet dancers with clubbed feet who are professional? 2) if you were born with clubbed feet could you ever go en pointe 3) if you do 20 hours a week how long will it take to go en pointe 4) what age can you start auditioning at professional schools 5) what are some good stretches for higher foot arches and for back flexibility?
