Christians, Can you answer my question about the Holy Spirit?

Christians, what steps do you take to make sure you're always filled or overflowing with extra Holy Spirit? Matthew 25:3 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take along any extra oil (Holy Spirit). The foolish virgins missed the rapture and got left behind in the tribulation.
