Why does my actions repeat themselves from my visual perspective when I get heart tachycardia?

I experienced Palpitations, hallucinations 2 months ago after a drug over does and ever since I have been experiencing irregular heart beats and hallucinations out of nor where it hasn't stoped it comes and goes when ever. When my heart beats fast I tend feel different emotional and psychologically I feel like I'm losing touch with reality,I'm terrified at times also my actions repeat themselves visually like for example when I grab a bottle of wetter from my prospective it looks like I am grabbing twice but in reality I am grabbing it once.is there a reason why experiencing this? PLEASE help any logical explanation to this?
