2 bones in the back of my head, one feels rounder and slightly bigger?

So I noticed I had two bones in the right and left side of my head. They re near the bottom just before the neck. When I felt my rig one I noticed it feels slightly bigger and bit rounder then the other one. Should I be concerned? I ve been suffering tension headaches because of stress lately, if that has to do with anything. Thank you
