Belly piercing, HELPP PLS!!!!!?

Okay so today I just got my belly pierced for the first time, so can someone give me some more knowledge on it. I didnt get any solution to clean for my piercing because the tattoo place ran out, but i still have a little bit of solution from my ear piercing so is that good enough to use?? The paper i have also tells me not to use a Q-tip or washcloth to clean it so I am very confused. And also i hateeee the belly ring that they put it 😩 But im smart enough to know not to change, but when can I For Sure change the ring, im scard that wen i do change, other rings won't fit because this one is a circular ring and it looks kinds of small, i will include a picture.
