I want Netflix to playback muted with captions, until I unmute it. Every time I start it, I wanted it automatically muted. How?

It's on a PC. How can I tell it to always start playback muted with captions, and never turn the sound on till I unmute it? I don't want to mute the PC, but just Netflix.
