Sharp chest pains, blurred vision, numb arms, etc.?

(Please read all details before answering) My friend (teenage girl) says she's having problems but she doesn't know what it is and she can't get in to see a doctor soon. Would anyone here be able to help identify what may be the problem? Here's how she describes it: "I'm having chest pains that feel like I'm being stabbed with a knife that make my arms and shoulders go numb, my back tense really bad, my vision blacks out for a bit, it hurts to breathe and move at all. It's gotten to where the stabbing pain lasts for about a minute then fades away...Oh, it's been going on for a week and getting more painful each time it happens" Thanks for any answers :)
