Please help? Disney short film?

So I vividly remember a black and white Disney short film being played before movies. It was of Mickey Mouse. I dont remember too much but all I remember was a Felix the Cat clock on the wall. I also remember a little flame burning Mickeys house down. Like the flame had eyes and he hopped on the table and burned the house down. I remember it being in black and white but I could be wrong. Does anyone else remember this? Does anyone know the name?
