Is She Pregnent???!?

I just need to know now... She has not taken a pregnancy test and it's about to be six months just in a few days since possible pregnancy. Up to today she has had no symptoms of pregnancy what so ever, she still fits all her clothes from skinny jeans and her shirts, and I don't know if she has a tummy. She has had periods, but I heard sometimes you can still get periods. Also I'm curious... for your first pregnancy, would you always experience symptoms? (She went to the doctors to have I think a CBC test just for a check up as always, idk if that has anything do with it_)
