Good places in the aurora/denver area to get a navel or tragus piercing? And what are the requirements to get these piercings?

I want to get either or both of these piercings for my 15th birthday that's coming up on Sunday (wow that sounds crazy now that i'm typing it lol!) but anyways I was wondering if there were certain age requirements, parental consents all that good stuff to get a piercing in Colorado and some good places in the aurora/denver area.
