How to tame a pair of african grey parrots captured from the wild?

My dad recently bought me a pair of african grey parrots for my birth day as he knew i am experienced in parrot care , but the big surprise was that they were captured from the wild and are NOT friendly towards humans and i was wondering if i can somehow get them to be more friendly
