Crossed up user names between two Comcast accounts in the same home.?

The problem is we live in the same home and our accounts are supposed to come up with our own usernames on the log in page and inside the accounts once logged in and NOT each others which is the case here! Has anyone here ever experienced this kind of thing with either Comcast or your ISP and if so how did you get it fixed? Because Comcast here in California refuses to do anything to fix the problem which in my mind they created!
